A DSP (Direct Support Professional) is a trained professional who works one-on-one with your loved one - at home and out in the community. We pre-screen every DSP, match on personality and schedule, and stay involved after the match.
We start with your loved one: their routines, their communication style, what a good day looks like, and how they like to be supported. Then we match from our network of pre-screened DSPs across all 21 NJ counties - and we keep checking in after the match. You always have a team behind you.
